Introduction to NLP


This is usually a two day course where participants discover how they can use NLP in different aspects of their business life. Delegates will learn simple to apply but very powerful NLP processes which will enable them to be more effective in achieving their goals, be more effective in their communication, help them overcome obstacles and create more choice in their life.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) began its life as the study of excellence, and evolved into a field that models excellence of top performers as well as explaining how different people organise their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour to produce the results they do. When you understand NLP, you understand your own mind and have a better understanding of others. Knowing NLP helps you know yourself and helps you change habits and behaviours that hold you back and develop behaviours that support success.
