Conflict Resolution Training
Our Conflict Resolution Training is a one day course on which you will learn how to manage differing viewpoints and opinions and maintain interactions between colleagues that are beneficial to your organisation. You will gain a greater understanding of other peoples’ motivations and perceptions, which will allow you to address unhelpful conflict in the most effective way and find lasting resolution that is beneficial for all parties concerned.

How The Course Is Structured:
Participants will set their individual outcomes and learning goals at the beginning of the course in order to maximise the learning experience and will benefit from an experiential and pragmatic approach to learning. The course will provide a balance of presentation, demonstration and experiential exercises.
The coaching and feedback loop will be used to give self and others feedback on their learning and development.
