Trevor Folley is an expert in personal and organization improvement. He is currently leading a wide range of research projects to explore the relationship between strategy and outcomes, with at focus on how subtle changes in communication and experience can make significant differences in performance. He has developed a profound understanding of what excellence means in practice and how it can impact personal outcomes.
He is an accredited NLP Master Practitioner and certified trainer of both Classic Code and New Code NLP and an approved trainer with the International Training Academy of NLP.

Underpinning all Trevor’s work is a drive to empower individuals to utilize all their personal resources; both to achieve their goals and to bring ever higher aspirations within reach.
Originally a teacher and an adviser with The National Strategies (government school improvement agency), he continues to work with senior leaders and managers in Local Authorities and schools all over the country to enhance personal effectiveness, improve leadership and support the building of productive professional collaborations.
He has been trained directly by both co-creators of NLP, Richard Bandler and John Grinder and has a detailed and practical understanding of how NLP can be applied to real world contexts to deliver excellence. He continue to hone his expertise, ensuring he is up-to-date with developments in the field, exploring the reaches of NLP application and pursuing personal and professional improvement (e.g. undertaking a mentoring programme with John Grinder).
Recent projects include:
•training the workforce at UNICEF, London, in ‘Advanced communication skills’
•training the sales force at ACS Business Performance, West Sussex, in how to strengthen confidence, build rapport and increase sales
•working with Suffolk County Council to review their county-wide reorganization of education and report on its implications for understanding large-scale complex change
•delivering NLP training for Success Factor, Sweden
•working with Re-Entry, Wolverhampton, to train young people in NLP for personal success
