“I just wanted to let you all know how valuable, useful and absolutely fascinating this course was. The content of the course was very thought provoking and the trainer inspiring; in one day I learnt so much about my own presentation skills and the style I adopt as a presenter, as well as a lot about how our life experiences affect the communication styles we adopt with others. I have been delivering training for many years to different audiences during my time in the NHS and private industry, however I learnt more in one day yesterday than I have ever learnt.
