Enhanced Communication Skills


Course Overview

Enhanced Communication Skills is a one day course that will teach you the essential elements of becoming an effective communicator, and learn how to “listen” to what your colleagues are really saying; something of which they may not even be aware themselves. When 93% of communication is non-verbal, just how much information are you missing, and what messages are you unintentionally giving your colleagues? Is all of your communication aligned with the message you want to convey?

The focus of NLP is on the structure of communication, rather than its content, as this reveals much more about the real, deeper message that lies behind what a person says, and what we say.

Participants will set their individual outcomes and learning goals at the beginning of the course in order to maximise the learning experience and will benefit from an experiential and pragmatic approach to learning. The course will provide a balance of presentation, demonstration and experiential exercises.
The coaching and feedback loop will be used to give self and others feedback on their learning and development.
